Obese goblin chieftain who rules the Licktoad tribe from his six-foot Teeter Chair in the Moot House. He does not speak directly to those beneath him — all communication passes through his advisor Slorb. Whether this is a mark of status, eccentricity, or both is not recorded.

He distributes missions on the Chief’s behalf. Whether Slorb’s self-importance is officially sanctioned or self-inflicted is not recorded.
